1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

  • Ensure the power supply matches the device's requirements (AC 110V-220V; 50Hz/0.46A).
  • Do not operate the machine continuously for extended periods. Allow it to cool down after transferring 1-2 sheets to prevent overheating and protect the printer mechanism.
  • Unplug the machine when not in use to prevent potential overheating and conserve energy.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack the Machine: Carefully remove the thermal stencil printer from its packaging.
  2. Place the Machine: Position the machine on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the machine and then into a suitable electrical outlet.
  4. Power On: Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The Power Indicator Light should illuminate.

5. Operation

Follow these steps to create a tattoo stencil using your YILONG YL Thermal Tattoo Stencil Printer Machine.

5.1 Loading Paper and Document

  1. Open the Cover: Open the cover of the transfer machine by pulling up on both sides.

  2. Load Transfer Paper: Load the transfer paper from the back of the machine into the Transfer Paper Input slot. Ensure the paper is inserted straight and smoothly.

  3. Place Original Pattern: Place your original pattern (document) onto the Document Feeder slot at the front of the machine. Ensure the pattern faces down and is aligned correctly.

5.2 Setting Copy Modes and Depth

  • Mirror/Normal Mode: Select "MIRROR" for standard tattoo stencils (most common) or "NORMAL" if your design does not need to be mirrored.
  • Deepness Settings: Adjust the "DEEPNESS" setting (1 or 2) based on the desired darkness and detail of the stencil. Experiment to find the best setting for your specific design and transfer paper.

5.3 Starting the Transfer

  1. Press COPY: Once the paper and document are loaded and settings are selected, press the "COPY" button to start the transfer process.
  2. Monitor Progress: The machine will feed the document and transfer paper through, creating the stencil.
  3. Retrieve Stencil: Once the process is complete, retrieve the stenciled transfer paper from the Transfer Paper Output.

  4. Rest Period: To ensure optimal transfer effect and protect the machine, allow it to rest for a few minutes after transferring 1-2 sheets. Avoid continuous operation for prolonged periods.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning Rollers: Regularly clean the rubber guide rollers to prevent ink buildup, which can affect paper feeding and transfer quality. Use a soft, damp cloth.
  • Dust Removal: Keep the machine free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean vents and paper paths.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the machine in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
