2. Safety Information
Important: Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow instructions carefully. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.
Skin Allergy Test:
Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before coloring hair, even if you have previously used coloring products. This test is crucial to identify any potential allergic reactions.
- Using a cotton swab, apply a small amount of Color Cream on the inside of your elbow.
- Leave on for 45 minutes.
- Then wash off.
- If any reaction occurs during the next 48 hours, do not use the colorant. Please refer to the product insert for more details.

Preparation:
- Brush your hair thoroughly to remove any tangles.
- Put on the provided gloves to protect your hands.
- Apply a barrier (such as a thick conditioner or petroleum jelly) to the edges of your hairline to prevent skin staining.
- Ensure your hair is dry and unwashed before application for optimal results.

4. Operating (Application)
Step-by-Step Application:
- Apply Pre-Color Serum: Apply the protective pre-color serum to the tips and lengths of your dry hair. This primes the hair for an even color result.
- Mix Color System: Squeeze the entire contents of the Color Cream tube into the Applicator Bottle with Developer Lotion. Cap the bottle and shake well until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Full-Head Application: Apply the entire mixture, strand after strand, onto all of your hair. Start with gray areas if you have resistant grays.
- Timing:
- For normal application, leave the mixture on for 30 minutes.
- For 50% or more gray hair, leave the mixture on for 45 minutes.
- Root Touch-ups: For root touch-ups, apply 2/3 of the mixture onto your roots. Leave to develop for 20 minutes, then apply the remaining mixture to the ends of your hair for an additional 10 minutes.

5. Maintenance
Rinsing and Conditioning:
- After the development time, rinse your hair thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Shampoo your hair, then rinse again.
- Apply the K-Bond-Plex™ Conditioner to your hair. Leave it in for 2 minutes for optimal results, which include up to 80% less breakage compared to untreated hair.
- Rinse the conditioner out. You can save any leftover conditioner to use again with your next wash for continued hair health.
Color Longevity:
The anti-fade formula delivers long-lasting vibrant color, with rich, even color for up to 10 weeks (based on 4 shampoos per week). For consistent color from root to tip, it is recommended to repeat the application every 4 weeks.

6. Troubleshooting
- Uneven Color Results: Damaged hair can lead to uneven color. The pre-color serum is designed to protect and prime hair for even results. Ensure thorough application, especially on porous or damaged areas.
- Incomplete Gray Coverage: If gray hairs are not fully covered, ensure the product was left on for the recommended time (45 minutes for 50% or more gray hair). For resistant grays, apply to those areas first.
- Color Fading: While the formula is anti-fade, excessive washing or harsh hair products can accelerate fading. Use color-safe shampoos and conditioners. Regular touch-ups every 4 weeks are recommended for long-lasting vibrancy.
