Setup
- Unpack the Charger: Carefully remove the charger from its packaging.
- Inspect for Damage: Check the charger for any visible damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Prepare Batteries: Ensure the Ni-MH AA/AAA batteries you intend to charge are clean and free from corrosion.
Operating Instructions
Charging Batteries
- Insert Batteries:
- Insert 2 or 4 AA/AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries into the charging slots.
- Important: When inserting batteries, always insert the negative (-) terminal first, then gently press down the positive (+) terminal to secure the battery and protect the contacts.
- If charging only 2 batteries, place them side-by-side in two adjacent slots (e.g., the two leftmost slots or the two rightmost slots). The charger cannot charge 1 or 3 batteries.
- Connect to Power: Plug the charger directly into a standard 100-240V AC wall outlet.
- Monitor Charging: The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging status. Refer to the charger's specific LED behavior (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Remove Batteries: Once charging is complete (indicated by the LEDs), unplug the charger from the wall outlet and remove the batteries.

Using the USB Output Port
The charger features a USB output port that can be used to charge USB-powered devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets). This port provides 5.0V at 0.5A output.
