One+Step 7PANSTD_X5GER
One+Step Multi-Drug Rapid Test Instruction Manual
Model: 7PANSTD_X5GER
Introduction
The One+Step Multi-Drug Rapid Test is designed for the qualitative detection of multiple drugs and their metabolites in human urine. This test provides a rapid and reliable screening method for the presence of substances such as cannabis (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, morphine, opiates, and methamphetamine. Each pack contains 5 individual tests, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.
This product is intended for professional and home use as an initial screening test. Any presumptive positive result must be confirmed by a more specific alternative chemical method, such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS).
Safety Information and Precautions
- For in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use internally.
- Do not use the test beyond the expiration date printed on the foil pouch.
- The test device should remain in the sealed pouch until use. Do not use if the pouch is damaged or opened.
- All urine specimens should be considered potentially hazardous and handled in the same manner as an infectious agent.
- Wear protective gloves when handling specimens.
- Dispose of used tests and materials in accordance with local regulations.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- The test provides a preliminary analytical result. A secondary analytical method must be used to confirm the result.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to perform the test:
- Remove the protective cap from the bottom of the test device.
- Immerse the absorbent tips of the test device vertically into the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Ensure that the urine level does not exceed the MAX line indicated on the device.
- Remove the device from the urine and place it on a non-absorbent, flat surface.
- Start the timer immediately.
- Read the results at 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.

Interpretation of Results
Refer to the diagram below for visual interpretation of results:

Figure 4: Guide to interpreting test results (Positive, Negative, Invalid).
Negative Result:
Two colored lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another apparent colored line should be in the test region (T). A negative result indicates that the drug concentration is below the detectable level.
Positive Result:
One colored line appears in the control region (C). No colored line appears in the test region (T). A positive result indicates that the drug concentration is above the detectable level. Note: A presumptive positive result must be confirmed by a more specific alternative chemical method.
Invalid Result:
The control line (C) fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the kit immediately and contact customer support.

Maintenance and Storage
Store the test devices in their original sealed pouches at room temperature (2-30°C or 36-86°F). Do not freeze. The test is stable until the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No control line (C) appears. | Insufficient specimen volume, incorrect procedure, or expired test. | Review instructions carefully. Ensure adequate urine volume. Repeat test with a new device. Check expiration date. |
| Faint test line (T) appears. | Even a very faint line indicates a negative result. | No action needed. The result is negative. |
| Results unclear or difficult to read. | Test read outside the recommended 5-minute window. | Always read results at exactly 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes. Repeat if necessary. |
