4. Setup
- Connect Power: Ensure the control unit's power switch is in the 'OFF' position. Plug the power cord into a standard 110V AC outlet. The power input is located at the rear of the control unit.
- Connect Handpiece: Insert the handpiece connector cable into the 'MOTOR' port on the front panel of the control unit. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect Foot Pedal: Plug the foot pedal cable into the designated foot pedal port on the front panel of the control unit.
- Place Handpiece: Position the handpiece on the provided handpiece stand for convenient access and to prevent damage.
- Insert/Change Bur:
- To insert a bur, ensure the handpiece is off. Rotate the handpiece chuck counter-clockwise until it opens.
- Insert the desired 3/32" HP shank bur fully into the chuck.
- Rotate the chuck clockwise to tighten it securely. Use the chuck wrench if necessary for a firm grip, but do not overtighten.
- To remove a bur, reverse the process.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the main 'ON/OFF' switch on the control unit to the 'ON' position. The power indicator light (PL) should illuminate.
- Adjust Speed: Use the 'R.P.M' dial to set the desired rotational speed. Rotate clockwise to increase speed (MAX 35,000 RPM) and counter-clockwise to decrease speed (MIN).
- Select Rotation Direction: Use the 'FWD./REV.' switch to select the forward or reverse rotation direction for the handpiece. Change direction only when the handpiece is stopped or at very low speed to prevent damage.
- Activate Handpiece:
- If using the foot pedal, press the foot pedal to start the handpiece rotation. Release to stop.
- If not using the foot pedal, the handpiece will start rotating immediately upon turning the main power switch 'ON' and setting the speed.
- Built-in Bur Holder: The control unit features a built-in bur holder for convenient storage of frequently used burs.
- Power Off: After use, turn the 'ON/OFF' switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the power outlet.
6. Maintenance
