1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the Aqualite 4045 battery. Locate the charging port, typically protected by a waterproof cap. Connect the charging cable to the spotlight and then to a suitable power source. The charging indicator (if present) will show the charging status. A full charge may take several hours.

4.2 Battery Installation (if not pre-installed)

  1. Unscrew the battery compartment cap, usually located at the rear of the spotlight.
  2. Insert the 3.7V 4400mAh Li-ion battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Securely screw the battery compartment cap back on. Ensure the O-ring seal is clean and properly seated to maintain waterproof integrity.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Manual Operation

The Aqualite 4045 features a power button, typically located on the handle. Press the button to cycle through the different light modes:

  1. First Press: Activates Full Beam mode (approx. 1475 feet range, up to 2 hours runtime).
  2. Second Press: Switches to Half Beam mode (approx. 655 feet range, up to 4 hours runtime).
  3. Third Press: Activates Strobe Light mode.
  4. Fourth Press: Turns the spotlight OFF.

5.2 Automatic Water Activation

The Aqualite 4045 is designed to automatically turn on when dropped or placed in water. This feature provides immediate illumination in aquatic environments. The specific mode (e.g., Full Beam) upon automatic activation may vary; refer to product specifications or test in a controlled environment.

6. Charging

To charge the MobilePower Aqualite 4045:

  1. Ensure the spotlight is dry before opening the charging port cover.
  2. Open the waterproof cover protecting the charging port.
  3. Connect the provided charging cable to the port and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a compatible USB port.
  4. The charging indicator light will illuminate, typically red during charging and green when fully charged.
  5. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable and securely close the waterproof cover to maintain the device's waterproof integrity.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning
