Operating Instructions
The Rev-A-Shelf Wood Swing Out Pantry Cabinet Organizer is designed for smooth and easy access to your pantry items. To operate, simply open your cabinet door. The door storage units will swing out, and the main pantry units will pivot, allowing full visibility and access to items stored on both the door-mounted shelves and the interior swing-out shelves.

Cleaning:
Wipe clean as needed. Use handwashing soap and water, then wipe dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, or strong chemicals, as these can damage the UV cured finish and metal components.
Adjustments:
If components become loose over time, simply adjust brackets or tighten screws/bolts as necessary to restore stability.
Lubrication:
The product's pivot and slide mechanisms are pre-coated with multi-purpose grease. You should not need to apply more grease. If lubrication is required, use a good quality multi-purpose grease. Do not use spray lubricants, as they can break down the existing grease.
Troubleshooting
- Unit not sliding smoothly: Check for obstructions within the cabinet. Ensure all mounting hardware is securely tightened. Apply a small amount of multi-purpose grease to the slides if necessary (avoid spray lubricants).
- Door not closing properly: Verify that the door mount brackets are correctly aligned and adjusted. Ensure no items on the shelves are protruding and preventing the door from closing.
- Shelves are wobbly: Tighten the screws securing the shelves to the unit. Ensure items are evenly distributed on the shelves.
- Unit feels unstable: Re-check all installation points to ensure the unit is securely fastened to the cabinet floor and/or sides according to the installation instructions. Verify that the cabinet itself is stable and capable of supporting the weight.
