Safety Information

Setup and Dilution
Ultrapac Trafficlean S712 is a concentrated formula and must be diluted before use.

Dilution Ratios:
- Normal Soiling: Mix 1 part Ultrapac Trafficlean S712 with 32 parts water (4 oz per gallon of water).
- Heavy Soiling: Mix 1 part Ultrapac Trafficlean S712 with 16 parts water (8 oz per gallon of water).
Always add the product to water, not water to the product, to minimize foaming.

Operating Instructions (Application)
- Pre-Inspection: Identify carpet type, potential problem areas, and test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.
- Dry Vacuum: Thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove loose soil and debris.
- Prepare Solution: Dilute Ultrapac Trafficlean S712 according to the "Setup and Dilution" section.
- Apply Prespray: Evenly apply the diluted solution to the carpet using a pump-up or electric sprayer. Do not over-wet. Ensure good coverage, especially on high-traffic lanes.
- Agitation (Optional but Recommended): For heavily soiled areas, gently agitate the prespray into the carpet fibers using a carpet brush or pile rake. This helps to further loosen embedded soil.
- Dwell Time: Allow the prespray to dwell on the carpet for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow the solution to dry on the carpet.
- Extraction: Extract the carpet using a hot water extraction machine with a suitable rinsing agent or clear water. Work in overlapping passes to ensure thorough rinsing and removal of all prespray and soil.
- Post-Cleaning: Groom the carpet pile with a rake or brush to promote even drying and improve appearance.
- Drying: Ensure adequate ventilation to facilitate rapid drying.
