Initial Setup

Wi-Fi Reconnection Instructions
If you change your Wi-Fi credentials, the Wink Hub will not automatically reconnect. Follow these steps to update its network information:
- Power Cycle: Unplug the Wink Hub and plug it back in.
- Wait for Purple Light: Wait for the Hub to start flashing purple (this may take several minutes).
- Update Wi-Fi in App: Go to the Wink app Wi-Fi Settings menu under Wink Hub Settings.
- Enter New Credentials: Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap "Update": Tap "Update" to connect your Hub to the updated network.
Android Device Pairing Tip
For Android phones (especially Samsung Galaxies), a default setting may cause the phone to switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. To ensure successful pairing, temporarily disable mobile data during the setup process.

Hub Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
