1. Important Safety Information

Please read and understand this entire instruction manual before attempting to assemble, operate, or install this product. Failure to do so could result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death.

  • Always disconnect the fireplace from the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not use this fireplace outdoors. It is designed for indoor use only.
  • Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
  • This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
  • Use caution when operating the fireplace near children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or routed against sharp edges, and keep it away from heated surfaces.
  • This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

2. Package Contents

Carefully remove all components from the packaging and verify that all items are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble or operate the product. Contact customer support for assistance.

3. Installation Instructions

This electric fireplace is designed for wall-mounted installation. Ensure the chosen location is suitable for supporting the weight of the unit and has access to a grounded electrical outlet.

3.1 Site Selection

  • Choose a flat, vertical wall surface.
  • Maintain a minimum clearance of 3 feet (0.9 m) from combustible materials.
  • Ensure the power cord can reach a grounded 120V AC outlet without being stretched or obstructed.

3.2 Mounting the Fireplace

  1. Carefully unpack the fireplace and mounting hardware.
  2. Determine the desired mounting height. The bottom of the fireplace should be at least 12 inches (30 cm) from the floor.
  3. Using the provided mounting bracket as a template, mark the screw locations on the wall. Ensure the marks are level.
  4. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall, use the appropriate wall anchors. If mounting into studs, drill directly into the studs.
  5. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
  6. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall mounting bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.
  7. Install the decorative pebbles/crystals into the designated tray at the base of the fireplace.

4. Operating Instructions

The fireplace can be operated using either the control panel located on the unit or the included remote control.

4.1 Control Panel

The control panel is located on the side of the fireplace unit. It includes buttons for:

  • Power (On/Off): Turns the fireplace on or off.
  • Timer: Sets the automatic shutoff timer (30 minutes to 4 hours).
  • Flame Brightness: Adjusts the intensity of the LED flames.
  • Flame Color: Cycles through available flame color options (Blue, Orange, Blue and Orange).
  • Heat Level: Toggles between low heat (750W) and high heat (1500W) settings, or turns heat off.

4.2 Remote Control

The remote control provides convenient operation from a distance. Ensure 2 AA batteries are installed correctly.

  • Power Button: Turns the fireplace on or off.
  • Heat Button: Cycles through heat settings (Low, High, Off).
  • Flame Color Button: Changes the flame color.
  • Timer Button: Sets the automatic shutoff timer.
  • Brightness Button: Adjusts flame brightness.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your electric fireplace.

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays. For glass surfaces, use a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
  • Dust Removal: Periodically vacuum or wipe dust from the air intake and exhaust vents to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
  • Cord Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact a qualified electrician or the manufacturer.
  • Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and stored in a safe, protected location.

6. Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
