1. Introduction

The Arzum Okka Turkish Coffee Machine, model OK001, is designed for preparing authentic Turkish coffee. This fully automatic machine offers convenience and a traditional brewing experience. It features a slow brewing option for a traditional taste, a direct-to-cup dispensing system, and a self-cleaning function. Users can select from three cup size options. 2. Safety Instructions

5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your coffee machine for the first time:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the coffee machine and all accessories from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, dry, and level surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the removable water tank and the coffee brewing chamber with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
4. Fill Water Tank: Fill the removable water tank with fresh, cold drinking water up to the maximum fill line.
5. Connect Power: Insert the power plug into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50Hz).

6. Operating Instructions

To brew Turkish coffee with your Arzum Okka machine:

1. Ensure Water: Confirm that the water tank is filled with fresh water.
2. Add Coffee: Open the lid of the coffee brewing chamber and add the desired amount of finely ground Turkish coffee. The machine supports brewing for one or two cups.
3. Place Cup(s): Place your Turkish coffee cup(s) on the drip tray directly under the coffee spout.
4. Select Cup Size: Use the control panel buttons to select the desired cup size (e.g., small, medium, large). The machine may also offer a slow brewing option for a more traditional taste.
5. Start Brewing: Press the start button to begin the brewing cycle. The machine will automatically dispense the coffee once ready.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your coffee machine:

• Unplug Before Cleaning: Always unplug the machine from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
• Removable Parts: Remove the water tank and drip tray. Wash them with warm water and a mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
• Brewing Chamber: Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the coffee brewing chamber. The machine also features a self-cleaning function; refer to the machine's specific instructions for activating this cycle.
• Not Dishwasher Safe: This appliance and its components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher.
