2. Setup and Assembly

2.1 Attaching Sandpaper

The sander utilizes a hook-and-loop system for quick and easy sandpaper changes. Ensure the sanding disc is aligned properly with the base of the sander before pressing firmly to secure it.

2.2 Attaching Dust Collection Bag

To maintain a clean workspace, attach the dust collection bag to the sander's dust port. Align the grooves on the bag's canister with the tabs on the dust port and slide the canister into the port. Turn the canister clockwise to lock it in place. Ensure it is securely fastened before operation.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On/Off

To turn the tool ON, hold it as shown in Figure 4 and push the portion of the switch marked "I". To turn the tool OFF, push the portion of the switch marked "O".

3.2 Sanding Technique

Grasp the sander firmly and turn it ON. Move it in long, sweeping strokes along the surface, letting the tool do the work. Applying downward pressure will slow the removal rate and may affect the finish quality. This sander is capable of removing material rapidly with minimal effort.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Dust Bag Emptying

Regularly empty the dust collection bag to ensure optimal performance and maintain a clean workspace. To remove the canister, turn it counterclockwise and slide it off. Dispose of the collected dust and debris appropriately.

4.2 General Cleaning

After each use, wipe down the exterior of the sander with a clean, damp cloth. Ensure all ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

5. Troubleshooting
