Troubleshooting

  • No Sound: Verify all cables (power, speaker-to-speaker, microphone, audio input) are correctly connected. Check all volume levels (input, channel, master) are turned up. Ensure the correct input mode (MP3/LINE) is selected.
  • Distorted Sound (CLIP LED on): Reduce the input level of the source (microphone, Bluetooth, USB/SD) or the master volume until the "CLIP" LED light turns off.
  • Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that "ROCKVILLE" is selected. Try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.
  • Microphone Not Working: Check the microphone's on/off switch. Ensure the XLR cable is fully inserted into both the mic and the speaker. Verify the MIC level and master volume are turned up.
