Setup
1. Power Connection
- Unpack the alarm clock radio and place it on a stable, flat surface.
- Plug the AC power cord into a standard wall outlet. The display will light up, and the clock will automatically set to the correct time.
2. Battery Backup Installation
An optional backup battery ensures that the clock and alarm settings are maintained during a power outage.
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the unit.
- Open the cover and insert a new CR2032 lithium battery (not included) with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Setting the Clock
The clock features an Automatic Time Set function. Upon initial power connection, it should automatically display the correct time. If manual adjustment is needed:
- Press and hold the TIME SET button. The hour digits will flash.
- Press the HOUR button repeatedly to adjust the hour.
- Press the MINUTE button repeatedly to adjust the minute.
- Release the TIME SET button to confirm the setting.
2. Setting the Alarm
You can set the alarm to wake you with a buzzer or the radio.
- Press and hold the ALARM SET button. The alarm hour digits will flash.
- Press the HOUR button to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press the MINUTE button to set the desired alarm minute.
- Release the ALARM SET button to confirm.
- Use the ALARM MODE switch (located on the side/top) to select BUZZER or RADIO.
- To activate the alarm, ensure the ALARM ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. An alarm indicator will appear on the display.
3. Using the Radio

- Slide the FUNCTION switch to RADIO.
