Important Safeguards

Drip Tray Setup

Slide the included drip tray underneath the front of the grill, ensuring it is properly positioned to catch any grease or liquids that drain from the grill plates.

Operating Instructions

Preheating the Grill

1. Ensure the grill plates are securely in place and the drip tray is positioned.
2. Close the grill lid.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The red indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is powered on.
4. Allow the grill to preheat. The green indicator light will illuminate when the grill has reached its optimal cooking temperature, typically in about 10 minutes.

Cooking

1. Once the green indicator light is on, carefully open the grill.
2. Place food directly onto the bottom grill plate. The non-stick coating allows for cooking without added oil or butter.
3. Close the lid. The floating hinge design accommodates various food thicknesses.
4. Cook for the recommended time for your specific food item. Cooking times will vary based on food type, thickness, and desired doneness.
5. When cooking is complete, carefully remove food using heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface.

Panini Press Function

Cleaning the Grill Plates
