- Proper Positioning: Your feet should be flat on the floor, and your thighs parallel to the floor.
4.2. Seat Depth Adjustment
- Lift the seat depth paddle (located on the left side, under the seat) and hold it up.
- While holding the paddle, push the seat forward or backward to your desired position.
- Release the paddle to lock the seat depth.
- Proper Positioning: When your lower back is against the backrest, there should be 2-3 inches of space between the front edge of the seat and the back of your knees.
4.3. Back Tension Adjustment
- Unlock the backrest (see section 4.4) before adjusting tension.
- Turn the tension knob (located on the right side, under the seat, towards the front) forward for more resistance or backward for less resistance.
- Proper Positioning: You should be able to recline easily, and the back should support you in any position.
4.4. Backrest Lock
- Lean forward to take weight off the backrest.
- Flip the backrest lever (located on the left side, under the seat, towards the front) forward to lock the backrest in an upright position.
- Flip the lever backward to unlock it for full range of motion.
4.5. Armrest Adjustments
- Arm Height: Squeeze the button on the side of the armrest support, lift or lower the armrest, then release the button to lock.
- Arm Width, Pivot, and Depth: Grasp the arm caps and push them in/out, forward/back, or side-to-side to adjust.
- Proper Positioning: Your arms should rest naturally from the shoulders, with forearms parallel to your work surface, without your shoulders being hunched.
4.6. LiveLumbar Support Adjustment
- Hold the tabs on both sides of the backrest.
- Slide them up or down to position the lumbar support.
- Proper Positioning: The LiveLumbar support should comfortably fit the curve of your lower back.
