  • While holding the paddle, push the seat forward or backward to your desired position.
  • Release the paddle to lock the seat depth.
  • Proper Positioning: When your lower back is against the backrest, there should be 2-3 inches of space between the front edge of the seat and the back of your knees.

4.3. Back Tension Adjustment

  • Unlock the backrest (see section 4.4) before adjusting tension.
  • Turn the tension knob (located on the right side, under the seat, towards the front) forward for more resistance or backward for less resistance.

  • Lean forward to take weight off the backrest.
  • Flip the backrest lever (located on the left side, under the seat, towards the front) forward to lock the backrest in an upright position.
  • Flip the lever backward to unlock it for full range of motion.

4.5. Armrest Adjustments

  • Arm Height: Squeeze the button on the side of the armrest support, lift or lower the armrest, then release the button to lock.
  • Arm Width, Pivot, and Depth: Grasp the arm caps and push them in/out, forward/back, or side-to-side to adjust.
  • Proper Positioning: Your arms should rest naturally from the shoulders, with forearms parallel to your work surface, without your shoulders being hunched.

4.6. LiveLumbar Support Adjustment

  • Hold the tabs on both sides of the backrest.
  • Slide them up or down to position the lumbar support.
