- Roller Inspection: Periodically check the rollers for any adhesive buildup or damage. Clean any residue carefully to prevent labels from sticking or misfeeding.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the dispenser in a dry, dust-free environment.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your label dispenser, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

|---|---|---|
| Labels not peeling correctly or jamming | Incorrect speed/length settings, incompatible label type, sensor obstruction, label path misalignment. | Adjust speed and length knobs. Ensure labels are not transparent or perforated. Clean the photosensor. Re-thread the label roll, ensuring it passes smoothly through the path. |
| Counter not functioning or inaccurate | Sensor obstruction, counter malfunction. | Clean the photosensor. Press the reset button. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Machine not powering on | Power adapter not connected, power outlet issue. | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the unit and a working power outlet. Check the power button. |
| Liner scrap not rewinding | Liner not properly attached to rewinder shaft, obstruction. | Ensure the liner is securely fixed to the rewinder shaft with the L-shaped rod. Check for any obstructions in the rewind path. |
