Operating Instructions
Preparing Fruits and Vegetables
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- The extra-large 73mm feeding chute allows most fruits and vegetables to be juiced whole. For very large items, cut them into smaller pieces that fit comfortably into the chute.
- Remove large seeds (e.g., from peaches, plums) and hard pits.
- Peel citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits) as their peel can impart a bitter taste.
Juicing Process
- Ensure the juice jug is placed under the juice spout.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
- Speed 1: For soft fruits and vegetables (e.g., berries, tomatoes, grapes).
- Speed 2: For hard fruits and vegetables (e.g., apples, carrots, celery).
- Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feeding chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them down. Do not apply excessive force.
- The juicer uses a centrifugal extraction method, which rapidly grates and spins the produce to separate juice from pulp.
- The anti-drip system prevents juice from dripping onto your countertop when the spout is closed. To activate, push the spout upwards after juicing.
- When finished, turn the control dial to "O/off" and unplug the appliance.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble: Unlock the clamps and carefully remove the lid, sieve, pulp container, and juice jug.
- Rinse Immediately: Rinse all detachable parts under running water to prevent pulp and juice residue from drying.
- Dishwasher Safe Parts: The pulp container, juice jug, lid, and food pusher are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
- Cleaning the Sieve: The stainless steel fine sieve should be cleaned thoroughly after each use. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any trapped pulp fibers. For stubborn residue, soak the sieve in warm soapy water before scrubbing.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
- Dry and Store: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the appliance. Store in a clean, dry place.
