Setup
Battery Installation
- Unscrew the rear cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Carefully remove the battery holder from the flashlight body.
- Insert three (3) AAA batteries into the battery holder, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated on the holder.
- Slide the loaded battery holder back into the flashlight body.
- Screw the rear cap back onto the flashlight by turning it clockwise until secure.

Safety Note: Do not leave batteries in the flashlight for extended periods when not in use to prevent potential leakage and damage.
Operating Instructions
Turning On/Off
To turn the flashlight on or off, press the rubberized button located on the rear cap of the device.

Detecting Stains
- For optimal results, use the UV flashlight in a darkened room. Close curtains and turn off ambient lights.
- Shine the UV light over the area you wish to inspect. Hidden pet urine stains, mold, and other fluorescent substances will glow brightly under the UV light.
- Move the flashlight slowly across surfaces such as carpets, upholstery, floors, and walls to identify problem areas.
- Once stains are identified, they can be targeted for cleaning with appropriate products.
Important: The effectiveness of stain detection is significantly enhanced in complete darkness. Even long-dry stains can be made visible.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the flashlight with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Care: Remove batteries if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period to prevent corrosion and damage. Replace depleted batteries promptly.
- Storage: Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
