4. Operating Instructions

Once the heater is properly set up and connected to a propane tank and power source, you can begin operation.

1. Open Propane Supply: Slowly open the valve on the propane tank fully.
2. Turn On Heater: Locate the control knob on the heater. Turn the knob to the desired heat setting (e.g., 'Low' or 'High'). The heater features continuous ignition, meaning the igniter will spark as long as the unit is attempting to ignite.
3. Adjust Heat Output: The MH60QFAV model offers variable BTU output from 30,000 to 60,000 BTU. Adjust the control knob to increase or decrease the heat output as needed for your space.
4. Monitoring: Observe the heater during operation to ensure proper functioning. The QBT (Quiet Burner Technology) ensures a quieter operation compared to standard forced-air heaters.
