Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Remove any protective films or packing materials.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the fry basket, lid, and inner pot (if removable, though this model has an integrated pot, so clean carefully) with warm, soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the deep fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Add Oil: Pour cooking oil into the non-stick inner pot. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated inside the pot. This model has an 8-cup oil capacity.
- Insert Basket: Place the metal fry basket into the inner pot. Ensure the handle is in the upright, locked position for easy lifting.
- Attach Power Cord: Connect the magnetic power cord to the receptacle on the back of the deep fryer. Ensure it is securely attached. Then, plug the other end into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Once plugged in, the green "POWER" indicator light will illuminate, signifying the unit is receiving power.
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial to your desired frying temperature. The dial features common temperature settings for various foods:
- 375°F (for chicken, fries)
- 340°F (for fish)
- 300°F
- 265°F
- Preheat Oil: Allow the oil to preheat until the "WORKING" light turns off, indicating the desired temperature has been reached. This may take several minutes.
- Load Food: Carefully place food into the fry basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower oil temperature and result in soggy food.
- Lower Basket: Using the cool-touch handle, slowly lower the basket into the hot oil. Close the lid securely.
- Fry: Fry food for the recommended time, checking doneness through the viewing window.
- Remove Food: Once food is cooked, press the "Open Lid" button to release the lid. Carefully lift the fry basket using the handle and hook it onto the edge of the deep fryer to allow excess oil to drain.
- Serve: Transfer fried food to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
- Power Off: Turn the temperature control dial to the "MIN" position and unplug the magnetic power cord from the unit and the wall outlet.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your deep fryer.
- Cool Down: Always allow the oil and unit to cool completely before cleaning.
- Oil Disposal: Once cooled, carefully pour used oil into a suitable container for disposal. Do not pour oil down the drain.
- Cleaning Basket & Lid: The metal fry basket and lid are removable and can be washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Cleaning Inner Pot: The non-stick inner pot is integrated. Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm, soapy water to clean the interior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating. Rinse carefully and dry thoroughly.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the deep fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Carbon Odor Filter: The lid contains a carbon odor filter. This filter helps reduce frying smells. It should be replaced periodically depending on usage. Replacement filters can be purchased separately.
