Setup
1. Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge your Voombox Travel speaker. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the charging port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status (e.g., solid red while charging, off when fully charged). A full charge provides up to 6 hours of playback.
2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the Power Button until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator begins to flash rapidly (indicating pairing mode).
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices. You should see "Voombox Travel" or a similar name in the list.
- Select "Voombox Travel" to initiate pairing. Once successfully paired, the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
- The speaker is now ready to play audio from your device.
Note: The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on. If unsuccessful, it will enter pairing mode.
Operating
Playing Audio
- Once paired, open your preferred music application on your device and begin playback.
- Adjust volume using the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the speaker, or directly from your connected device.
- To skip to the next track, press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
- To go to the previous track, press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
Hands-Free Calling
- When a call comes in, the speaker will ring. Press the Call Button once to answer the call.
- To end an ongoing call, press the Call Button once again.
- To reject an incoming call, press and hold the Call Button for approximately 2 seconds.
- To redial the last number, double-press the Call Button.
Water Resistance
The Divoom Voombox Travel is designed to be splash-resistant (Water Resistance Level: Water Resistant). This means it can withstand splashes of water, light rain, or accidental spills. It is not designed to be submerged in water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the speaker's surface. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
