Setup

Unpacking:

  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  2. Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
  3. Remove all accessories (ice basket, ice scoop) from inside the unit.

Placement:

Initial Cleaning:

Before first use, it is recommended to clean the ice maker:

  1. Open the lid and remove the ice basket.
  2. Clean the interior with a soft cloth and warm water with a mild detergent.
  3. Rinse thoroughly and drain any remaining water through the drain plug (if available, otherwise wipe dry).
  4. Run the automatic cleaning cycle (refer to the 'Operating' section for details).

Operating Instructions

Making Ice:

  1. Ensure the unit is plugged into a grounded electrical outlet (220 Volts).
  2. Open the lid and remove the ice basket.
  3. Fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
  4. Replace the ice basket and close the lid.
  5. Press the ON/OFF button to start the ice making cycle. The "ICE MAKING" indicator light will illuminate.
  6. The first batch of ice will be ready in approximately 9 minutes. Subsequent cycles will be faster.
  7. When the "ICE FULL" indicator light illuminates, the ice basket is full, and the unit will pause ice production. Remove ice to resume.
  8. When the "ADD WATER" indicator light illuminates, the water reservoir is low. Add more water to resume ice production.
  9. To stop ice production, press the ON/OFF button again.

Automatic Cleaning Function:

The Wëasy KW12 features an automatic cleaning function for convenience:

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled with clean water.
  2. Press and hold the CLEAN button for a few seconds to activate the cleaning cycle.
  3. The unit will circulate water to clean internal components. This cycle typically lasts several minutes.
  4. Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the reservoir.
