1. Introduction

This manual provides important information regarding the safe assembly, operation, maintenance, and care of your new towel rack. 2. Safety Information

To ensure safe use of your towel rack, please observe the following safety guidelines:

• Avoid Damp Areas: Keep the towel rack away from excessively damp or wet areas, such as directly inside a shower or bathtub, to prevent material deterioration (bamboo and MDF).

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this product. Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each component as listed in Section 3.
2. Attach Vertical Supports to Base: Take the bamboo base frame and the two white vertical side supports. Align the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the vertical supports with the corresponding holes on the base frame. Secure them using the provided screws and any necessary tools (e.g., Allen key). Ensure they are firmly attached and upright.
3. Install Horizontal Towel Bars: Insert the small wooden pegs (if provided) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner side of the vertical supports. These pegs will support the horizontal towel bars.
4. Place Towel Bars: Carefully place each of the three horizontal towel bars onto the wooden pegs. The bars should rest securely on the pegs. Ensure the bars are level and stable.
5. Final Check: Once all components are assembled, gently shake the towel rack to ensure it is stable and all connections are secure. If any part feels loose, re-tighten the screws or re-seat the bars.

5. Operating Instructions

Using your freestanding towel rack is straightforward:

• Placement: Position the towel rack in your desired location, ensuring it is on a stable and dry surface, away from direct water splashes.
• Hanging Towels: Drape towels over the horizontal bars. The three tiers allow for drying multiple towels simultaneously. For optimal drying, spread towels out as much as possible.
• Weight Capacity: Avoid hanging excessively heavy items or overloading the bars, as this may cause the rack to tip or damage the structure.

6. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your towel rack:

• Cleaning: Wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the painted finish and bamboo.
• Moisture: While designed for bathroom use, prolonged exposure to excessive moisture should be avoided. Ensure towels are wrung out before hanging to prevent water pooling on the rack.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Storage: If storing the towel rack for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry, and store it in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
