1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Outsunny 4m x 4m Marquee Party Tent. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe and proper operation. This heavy-duty wedding canopy is designed for commercial or recreational use, including parties, weddings, and backyard events.
The Outsunny Marquee features a robust galvanized steel frame, durable waterproof polyethylene cover, and removable sidewalls with windows and zippered doors for versatility.
2. Safety Information
Important Safety Precautions:
- Ensure assembly in appropriate weather conditions. Avoid strong winds, heavy rain, or snow.
- This product requires 2-3 people for safe assembly. Do not attempt to assemble alone.
- Never leave the marquee up overnight or in bad weather conditions. Disassemble and store if adverse weather is expected.
- Secure the tent properly using all provided ground stakes and ropes to ensure stability.
- Measure your site before buying to ensure adequate space for setup.
- Keep all flame and heat sources away from the tent fabric.
- Do not hang heavy objects from the frame.
3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have 2-3 people for this process.
- Prepare the Site: Choose a flat, level area for assembly. Ensure the ground is suitable for securing stakes. The overall dimensions are 400L x 400W x 280H cm.
- Assemble the Frame:
- Connect the galvanized steel poles according to the provided diagram. Ensure all connections are secure. The framework uses Ø38 mm galvanized steel pipes and Ø42 mm heavy-duty metal corner joints.

- Position the frame with wing nuts on joints to ensure higher stability.
- Attach the Top Cover: Carefully drape the 180g PE top cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and taut.
- Install Sidewalls and Doors:
- Attach the 160g PE sidewalls to the frame. The sidewalls are removable and feature transparent PVC church windows for maximum light and viewing.

- Install the double zipper doors on both ends to allow for access from either end. These can be removed for cross ventilation.

- Secure to the Ground:
- Use the 20 ground stakes to firmly anchor the marquee to the ground.
- Attach the 4 ropes to the designated points on the frame and secure them to the ground using additional stakes for added stability.
- The heavy-duty metal base plates are suitable for use on lawns as well as hard standing.

- Ensure the 5cm redundant cover at the bottom is properly positioned, ideally buried deeply in the soil for enhanced stability.
- Final Check: Verify all connections are tight and the marquee is stable.

5. Operating Instructions
- Access: Use the double zipper doors for entry and exit.
- Ventilation: Sidewalls can be easily removed for open-air exhibits or outdoor events, providing cross ventilation on hot days.
- Light: The transparent PVC church windows allow for maximum natural light inside the marquee.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the polyethylene cover and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the marquee and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storage to prevent mold or rust.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of rust or damage. Check the cover and sidewalls for tears or wear. Replace damaged parts as necessary.
7. Troubleshooting
