2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation
- Open the battery cover on the back of the monitor.
- Insert four AA batteries according to the polarity indications (+/-) inside the compartment.
- Close the battery cover securely.
Note: An optional AC adapter can be used instead of batteries (sold separately).
4.2. Attaching the Arm Cuff
The Intelli Wrap Cuff (22-42 cm) is designed for easy and accurate placement.
- Insert the air plug into the air jack on the side of the main unit.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper left arm, approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm and be aligned with your middle finger.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. The Intelli Wrap Cuff technology allows for accurate results in any position around the arm.

4.3. Setting Date and Time
Accurate date and time settings are crucial for tracking your measurements over time.
- With the monitor off, press and hold the SET button for a few seconds until the year flashes.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the year, then press SET to confirm.
- Repeat this process for month, day, hour, and minute.
- Press SET one last time to save the settings.
4.4. Selecting User ID
The monitor supports two users, each with 100 memory slots.
- Before taking a measurement, press the USER 1/2 button to select either User 1 or User 2.
- The selected user icon will appear on the display.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Taking a Measurement
For accurate readings, follow these steps:
- Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
- Avoid exercising, eating, smoking, drinking alcohol, or bathing within 30 minutes prior to measurement.
- Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Press the large START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed.
5.2. Understanding Your Readings
The display shows three key values:
- SYS (Systolic Pressure): The highest pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- DIA (Diastolic Pressure): The lowest pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats.
- PULSE: Your heart rate per minute.

The monitor also features:
- Irregular Heartbeat Detection: An icon will appear if an irregular heartbeat is detected during measurement.
- Body Movement Detection: An icon indicates if significant body movement occurred during measurement, which may affect accuracy.
- Hypertension Indicator: Visual cues (e.g., green/red lights or symbols) may indicate if your reading is within a normal range or suggests hypertension.
- Morning and Evening Hypertension Tracking: The device can help track patterns of high blood pressure at specific times of day.
5.3. Memory Function
The M6 Comfort stores up to 100 measurements for each of two users (2 x 100).
- To view past measurements, press the MEMORY button.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to scroll through previous readings.
- The monitor can also display average readings. Refer to the on-screen prompts for this feature.
