Setup
1. Power Connection
- For desktop use, connect the AC Adapter to the scanner's DC input jack and plug it into a standard wall outlet.
- For mobile use, connect the DC Cable to the scanner's DC input jack and to your vehicle's 12V power source.
2. Antenna Installation
- Screw the Telescopic Antenna firmly into the antenna connector on the top or rear of the scanner. Ensure a secure connection for optimal signal reception.
3. PC Connection (Optional)
- To program or update the scanner via computer, connect the included PC/IF Cable from the scanner's PC/IF port to an available USB port on your computer.

- Power On/Off: Rotate the VOL-SQ knob clockwise to turn the unit on and adjust volume. Rotate counter-clockwise until it clicks to turn off.
