The Surebonder H-270F glue gun features a comfortable grip, a sturdy stand for stability during use, and a high-temperature heating element for strong bonds. It is designed to use full-size glue sticks.
Setup Guide
- Insert Glue Stick: Insert a full-size (0.43 inch / 11mm diameter) glue stick into the opening at the back of the glue gun. Push it firmly until it stops.
- Position the Stand: Ensure the integrated stand is flipped down to support the glue gun when not in use, preventing the hot nozzle from touching surfaces.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (120V AC).
- Preheat: Allow the glue gun to preheat for approximately 3-5 minutes. The gun is ready when a slight pressure on the trigger dispenses melted glue.
Operating Instructions
- Apply Glue: Gently squeeze the trigger to dispense melted glue. Apply the glue to one of the surfaces you wish to bond.
- Join Surfaces: Immediately press the two surfaces together firmly. Hot melt glue sets quickly, typically within 30-60 seconds.
- Refill Glue Stick: As the glue stick shortens, insert a new one into the back of the gun. The new stick will push the old one through. Do not pull out partially used glue sticks from the back.
- After Use: When finished, unplug the glue gun from the electrical outlet. Allow it to cool completely on its stand before storing.

- Nozzle Care: Do not attempt to clean the nozzle while the gun is hot. Any hardened glue on the nozzle can be carefully removed once the gun is cool.
- Storage: Store the glue gun in a dry, safe place, away from extreme temperatures and out of reach of children.
Troubleshooting
