Setup

Attaching Beaters

  1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
  2. Insert the beater stems into the beater slots on the underside of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place.
  3. For traditional beaters, either beater can be inserted into either slot. For dough hooks, insert the hook with the collar into the larger slot and the hook without the collar into the smaller slot. For wire whisks, insert the whisk with the gear into the larger slot and the whisk without the gear into the smaller slot.
  4. To remove beaters, dough hooks, or wire whisks, ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to 'OFF' (0). Press the beater eject button firmly.
