Setup
Battery Installation
The Wrenwane Digital Kitchen Timer requires one (1) AAA battery (not included) for operation.
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer.
- Slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
- Insert one AAA battery, ensuring the polarity (+/-) matches the diagram inside the compartment.
- Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Operating Instructions
The timer features three main buttons on the front: M (Minutes), S (Seconds), and ST/SP (Start/Stop). A CLEAR label indicates how to reset the timer.

Power On/Off
Locate the small switch on the side of the timer. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the device, and to the 'OFF' position to power it off and conserve battery.
Setting the Countdown Timer
- Press the M button to set the desired minutes. Hold to fast-forward.
- Press the S button to set the desired seconds. Hold to fast-forward.
- Press the ST/SP button to start the countdown.
- To pause the countdown, press ST/SP again. Press it once more to resume.
- When the timer reaches zero, an audible alarm will sound. Press any button to stop the alarm.
Using as a Stopwatch (Count-Up)
- Ensure the timer display shows '00:00'. If not, press both M and S buttons simultaneously to clear it.
- Press the ST/SP button to start counting up from zero.
- To pause the count-up, press ST/SP again. Press it once more to resume.
- To reset the stopwatch, press both M and S buttons simultaneously while the timer is paused.
Clearing the Timer
To clear any set time and return the display to '00:00', press the M and S buttons simultaneously.
Memory Function
After the alarm sounds and is stopped, the timer will revert to the last set time, allowing for quick reuse of frequently used intervals.
