3. Setup and Installation
3.1. Before You Begin
- Ensure power to the ceiling fan is turned off at the circuit breaker.
- Read all instructions thoroughly before installation.
3.2. Receiver Installation
The receiver unit must be installed within the canopy of your ceiling fan. Wiring instructions are provided in the detailed user manual. Ensure all connections are secure using the provided wire nuts.

3.3. Remote Pairing
After installing the receiver and restoring power to the fan, insert the included CR2 battery into the remote control. Within a few seconds of restoring power, press and hold the '0' (off) and '3' (high speed) buttons on the remote until the blue indicator light flashes, indicating successful pairing. Some fans may pair without receiver installation; test this method first by inserting the battery and attempting pairing.
