Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the induction cooktop from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the cooktop on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10-15 cm) around the cooktop for proper ventilation. Do not place it near water sources or flammable materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 220V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and can support the 2100W power requirement of the cooktop.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the crystal cooking surface with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before plugging in.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Place induction-compatible cookware (e.g., cast iron, enameled iron, or stainless steel with a magnetic base) filled with food or liquid onto the center of the cooking surface. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the cooktop. The LED display will illuminate.
- Select Cooking Mode:
- Manual Mode: After powering on, the cooktop may default to a certain power level. Use the UP (+) and DOWN (-) buttons to adjust the power (wattage) or temperature as desired. The display will show the current setting.
- Preset Menus: The cooktop features 8 Indian preset menus. Press the corresponding button for dishes like Dosa/Chapati, Deep Fry, Pressure Cooker, Milk, Boil, Curry, Saute, or Idli. The cooktop will automatically adjust to the optimal power and temperature for the selected dish.
- Keep Warm Function: Press the KEEP WARM button to maintain food at a warm temperature after cooking.
- Timer Function: Press the TIMER/PRESET button to set a cooking duration. Use the UP (+) and DOWN (-) buttons to adjust the time. The cooktop will automatically switch off once the timer expires.
- Child Lock: To activate the child lock, press and hold the CHILD LOCK button for a few seconds. This will disable the control panel to prevent accidental operation. To deactivate, press and hold the CHILD LOCK button again.
- Power Off: After cooking, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the cooktop. The fan may continue to run for a short period to cool down internal components. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use.
Cookware Compatibility: Only use cookware made of magnetic materials such as cast iron, enameled iron, or stainless steel with a magnetic base. Cookware with a flat bottom and a diameter between 12 cm and 26 cm is recommended. Non-magnetic materials like glass, ceramic, aluminum, or copper will not work on an induction cooktop.

Do NOT immerse the cooktop in water or any other liquid.
