Assembly Procedure:
- Step 1: Assemble the chair on a flat and soft surface, such as a carpet or cloth, to prevent scratching. To locate the hardware, turn the chair upside down. You will find the components beneath the fabric cover, secured by a zipper underneath the seat cushion. The legs and hardware box are located beneath this fabric cover.
- Step 2: Attach the back frame (P4) to the seat frame (P5) using five H1 bolts, five H3 lock washers, and five H4 flat washers. Then, attach the front legs (P1) to the seat frame (P5) using four H2 bolts, four H3 lock washers, and four H4 flat washers. Use the H5 Allen wrench to tighten all connections.
- Step 3: Attach the back legs (P2) into the holes on the bottom of the back frame (P4) through the plastic washer (P3). Ensure the back leg is tightened in the correct position.
- Step 4: Turn the chair over and place it upright on a level surface. Assembly is complete.
Additional Note About Safety: Bolts may loosen during normal everyday use. They should be periodically inspected and re-tightened to prevent damage or injury. Always check to ensure that all hardware is kept tightened.
