4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your hour meter:

1. Panel Mounting: Create a suitable round cutout in your equipment panel according to the meter's dimensions. The meter is designed for a 2.31-inch round opening. Secure the meter using the provided mounting hardware (if applicable) or by its integrated mounting clips.
2. Wiring: Refer to Figure 3.2 for the terminal connections. The ENM T50A2 is designed for 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz power. Connect the 115 VAC power supply to the two spade terminals on the rear of the meter. Ensure connections are secure and insulated.

5. Operating Instructions

The ENM T50A2 Quartz Hour Meter operates automatically. When power is supplied to the meter, it will continuously accumulate operating hours. The 6-digit display shows the total accumulated hours. The last digit (typically red or a different color) represents tenths of an hour.

• Reading the Display: Read the digits from left to right. For example, '00000.0' indicates zero hours and zero tenths. '00123.4' indicates 123.4 hours.
• The meter does not have a reset function. It provides a continuous, non-resettable record of operating time.
