7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your monitor, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| No image on screen | Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the monitor is turned on. Check that the video cable (HDMI/DisplayPort) is properly connected to both the monitor and your computer. Select the correct input source via the OSD menu. |
| Image is blurry or distorted | Check the display resolution settings on your computer to ensure they match the monitor's native resolution (3840x2160). Adjust the monitor's OSD settings for sharpness or reset to factory defaults. |
| No sound from speakers | Verify that the audio output is selected correctly on your computer. Check the volume settings on both your computer and the monitor. Ensure no headphones are plugged into the monitor's audio jack if you intend to use the built-in speakers. |
| Screen flickering | Ensure the Flicker Free feature is enabled in the OSD. Check your graphics card drivers are up to date. Try a different video cable. |
| Monitor randomly blacks out for a few seconds | This symptom has been reported by some users. Ensure all cables are firmly connected. Update graphics drivers. If the issue persists, contact customer support for potential replacement, as this may indicate a manufacturing issue. |
