4. Operating Your Watch
4.1 Time Display Mode

- From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter the Alarm mode. The alarm time will be displayed.

- From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter the Stopwatch mode. The display will show 00:00:00.
- Press the ADV/ST/SPL button to start the stopwatch.
- Press the ADV/ST/SPL button again to pause the stopwatch.
- To resume, press ADV/ST/SPL again.
- To reset the stopwatch to zero, press the SET/RES button while the stopwatch is paused.
- To record split times, press the SET/RES button while the stopwatch is running. The display will freeze to show the split time, but the stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press SET/RES again to return to the running time.
- Press the MODE button to exit Stopwatch mode.
