2.1 Button Functions

  3. Press the ADV/ST/SPL button to move the flashing selection to the hour digits.
  4. Press the SET/RES button to adjust the hour. Press repeatedly to cycle through hours (including AM/PM for 12-hour format).
  5. Press the ADV/ST/SPL button to move the flashing selection to the minute digits.
  6. Press the SET/RES button to adjust the minutes.
  7. Continue pressing ADV/ST/SPL to select and SET/RES to adjust the month, date, and day of the week in sequence.
  8. Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.

3.2 12/24 Hour Format Selection

While in the time setting mode (seconds flashing), press the ADV/ST/SPL button until the hour digits are flashing. Press the SET/RES button to toggle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

4. Operating Your Watch

4.1 Time Display Mode

This is the default mode, displaying the current time, day, and date. Press the EL button at any time to illuminate the display for a few seconds.

4.2 Alarm Function

  1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter the Alarm mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
  2. Press the SET/RES button to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear when the alarm is active.
  3. To set the alarm time, press the ADV/ST/SPL button. The hour digits will flash.
  4. Press the SET/RES button to adjust the hour.
  5. Press the ADV/ST/SPL button to move to the minute digits.
  6. Press the SET/RES button to adjust the minutes.
  7. Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting mode.
  8. To activate/deactivate the hourly chime, press the ADV/ST/SPL button while in Alarm mode (without flashing digits). An hourly chime icon will appear when active.

4.3 Stopwatch Function

  1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter the Stopwatch mode. The display will show 00:00:00.
  2. Press the ADV/ST/SPL button to start the stopwatch.
  3. Press the ADV/ST/SPL button again to pause the stopwatch.
  4. To resume, press ADV/ST/SPL again.
  5. To reset the stopwatch to zero, press the SET/RES button while the stopwatch is paused.
  6. To record split times, press the SET/RES button while the stopwatch is running. The display will freeze to show the split time, but the stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press SET/RES again to return to the running time.
  7. Press the MODE button to exit Stopwatch mode.
