3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Ensure no parts are left inside the tub or attached to the exterior.
3.2 Location Requirements
- Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface to prevent vibration and noise during operation.
- Ensure adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access.
- Locate near a water supply faucet and a drain outlet.
- Avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
3.3 Connecting Water Inlet Hose
Connect the water inlet hose to the water faucet and the inlet valve on the back of the washing machine. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
3.4 Connecting Drain Hose
Attach the drain hose to the drain outlet on the machine and direct it into a suitable drain pipe or sink. Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked.

3.5 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a dedicated 100V, 50/60Hz grounded electrical outlet. Do not share the outlet with other high-power appliances.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
Familiarize yourself with the control panel buttons and indicators.

- Power (入/切): Turns the machine on or off.
- Start/Pause (スタート一時停止): Starts or pauses the selected wash cycle.
- Water Level (水位): Adjusts the water level according to the laundry load.
- Course (コース): Selects the desired wash program.
- Process (行程): Allows selection of individual wash, rinse, or spin cycles.
- Delay Start (予約): Sets a delayed start time for the wash cycle.
- Child Lock (チャイルドロック): Locks the control panel to prevent accidental operation.
4.2 Loading Laundry
Open the lid and place laundry loosely into the tub. Do not overload the machine. Ensure items are evenly distributed.
4.3 Adding Detergent and Softener
Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener to their respective dispensers. Refer to detergent packaging for recommended amounts.
4.4 Selecting a Wash Course
Press the 'Course' button to cycle through available programs:
- Standard (標準): For daily laundry.
- Speedy (スピード): For lightly soiled items or quick washes.
- Blanket (毛布): For washing blankets or large, bulky items.
- Dry (ドライ): For delicate items requiring gentle care.
- Tub Clean (槽洗浄): For cleaning the washing machine tub.
- Air Dry (風乾燥): For air drying items, reducing drying time.
4.5 Starting the Wash Cycle
After selecting the course and adjusting the water level, press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin the wash cycle. The lid will lock during operation.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your washing machine.
5.1 Cleaning the Lint Filter
The lint filter collects lint and debris during washing. Clean it after every few washes or when visibly full. Remove the filter, rinse it under running water, and reinsert it.
5.2 Cleaning the Tub
Use the 'Tub Clean' course regularly (e.g., once a month) to prevent mold and odor buildup. You may use a washing machine cleaner specifically designed for this purpose.
5.3 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.4 Drain Hose Maintenance
Periodically check the drain hose for blockages or kinks. Ensure it is properly positioned to allow for efficient drainage.
