2. Safety Information

4. Assembly and Setup
Before assembly, ensure the trimmer is unplugged from the power source.

5. Operation
5.1 Starting and Stopping
- To start: Connect the trimmer to a suitable power outlet. Press and hold the safety lock-off button, then squeeze the trigger switch.
- To stop: Release the trigger switch.
5.2 Trimming Grass
Hold the trimmer firmly with both hands. Swing the trimmer from side to side, keeping the cutting head parallel to the ground. The Automatic Line System (AFS) will feed new line as needed during operation.

5.3 Edging Function
The GL9035 can be easily converted for edging. Rotate the trimmer head 90 degrees to position the cutting line vertically. Use the integrated edge wheel and guide to maintain a consistent cutting depth along pathways and flowerbeds.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning
