When the mouse performance degrades or it stops responding, it is likely time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 2.1.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Ensure the mouse is turned on using the power switch on the bottom.
  • Check if the batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.

  • Move the mouse closer to the USB receiver to rule out range issues.
  • Restart your computer.

  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces. A mouse pad is recommended.
