2. Setup
2.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). (Batteries are not included)
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2.2 USB Receiver Connection
- The 2.4G USB receiver is stored in a slot on the bottom of the mouse. Gently pull it out.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer.
- Turn on the mouse using the power switch located on the bottom.
- Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Button Functions
- Left Click Button: Standard primary click function.
- Right Click Button: Standard secondary click function.
- Scroll Wheel: Scroll up or down through documents and web pages. Can also be pressed for middle-click functionality.
- DPI Control Button: Located on the side of the mouse. Press to cycle through DPI settings.
- Next/Previous Buttons: Located above the DPI button. Use for convenient navigation in web browsers and file explorers.
3.2 Adjusting DPI Sensitivity
The mouse features three adjustable DPI (Dots Per Inch) levels: 800, 1200, and 1600. DPI determines the sensitivity of the mouse cursor. A higher DPI means the cursor moves faster across the screen with less physical mouse movement.
- Press the DPI Control Button once to switch to the next DPI setting.
- The mouse will indicate the change (e.g., by a brief LED flash).
- Select the DPI setting that best suits your preference and task.

3.3 Power Saving Mode
To conserve battery life, the mouse will automatically enter a power-saving mode after 8 minutes of inactivity. In this mode, power is completely cut off. To wake the mouse, simply press the left or right button.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the mouse surface with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keep the optical sensor on the bottom clean and free of dust for optimal tracking performance.
4.2 Battery Replacement
When the mouse performance degrades or it stops responding, it is likely time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 2.1.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Mouse Not Responding
- Ensure the mouse is turned on using the power switch on the bottom.
- Check if the batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB-A port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
- Move the mouse closer to the USB receiver to rule out range issues.
- Restart your computer.
5.2 Cursor Movement is Erratic or Jumpy
- Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces. A mouse pad is recommended.
- Check for interference from other wireless devices.
5.3 DPI Adjustment Not Working
- Ensure the mouse has power.
- Press the DPI button firmly. If the issue persists, try replacing the batteries.
