2. Power On: Locate the double switch on the front of the urn. Flip the switch(es) to the 'ON' position. The indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the heating process has begun.
3. Heating: The urn will begin to heat the water. The concealed elements ensure efficient heating. The indicator light will remain on during the heating cycle. Once the water reaches the optimal temperature (approx. 205°F), the urn will enter a 'keep warm' mode, maintaining the temperature.

5. Adding Cold Water (Shabbos Chip): For specific religious observances, the urn is designed to permit the addition of cold water on Yom Tov without compromising the heated state. Refer to specific religious guidelines for proper application.
6. Power Off: When finished, flip the switch(es) to the 'OFF' position and unplug the urn from the electrical outlet.
