Setup

2. Automatic Time Reception (Multiband 6)
The watch automatically receives time calibration signals from six transmission stations around the world (Japan, North America, Europe, and China) to maintain accurate time. For optimal reception, place the watch near a window at night. The watch will attempt to receive the signal automatically between midnight and 5:00 AM.

3. Setting Your Home City
To ensure correct time calibration and World Time display, you must set your Home City. Refer to the detailed instructions in the operating section for setting the Home City. This setting determines which time calibration signal the watch attempts to receive.
4. Adjusting the Band

2. Using the Buttons
