1. Product Overview

2. Important Safeguards

4. Before First Use

Before using your kettle for the first time, it is recommended to clean it thoroughly:

1. Remove all packaging materials and any labels from the kettle and base.
2. Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the kettle or base in water.
3. Fill the kettle with fresh water up to the "MAX" fill line.
4. Boil the water as described in the "Operating Instructions" section.
5. Discard the boiled water.
6. Repeat this process two to three times to remove any manufacturing residues.

5. Setup

Setting up your kettle is quick and easy:

1. Place the power base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Unwind the power cord from the base and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
3. Ensure the kettle is empty before placing it on the power base.
4. The kettle can be placed on the 360° swivel base from any direction.

6. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to boil water with your kettle:

1. Remove the kettle from its power base.
2. Press the lid release button to open the lid.
3. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the "MIN" line (0.5L / 16oz) or above the "MAX" line (1.7L / 58oz) indicated on the water level window.
4. Close the lid securely until it clicks into place.
5. Place the kettle back onto the power base.
6. Flip the power switch located on the handle downwards to the "ON" position. The power indicator light will illuminate.
7. The kettle will begin heating the water. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, the kettle will automatically shut off, and the power indicator light will extinguish.
8. Carefully lift the kettle from the base and pour the hot water. Always pour slowly and steadily.
9. Unplug the kettle from the wall outlet when not in use.

7. Care and Cleaning (Maintenance)

Proper care and regular cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your kettle. Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

7.1 Exterior Cleaning

• Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the stainless steel finish.

7.2 Anti-Scale Filter Cleaning

The removable anti-scale filter should be cleaned regularly, especially in areas with hard water.

1. Open the kettle lid.
2. Carefully remove the anti-scale filter from behind the spout. It may clip into place.
3. Rinse the filter under running water, gently brushing away any mineral deposits with a soft brush if necessary.
4. Ensure the filter is clean and free of debris.
5. Reinsert the filter into its position behind the spout until it clicks securely.

7.3 Descaling

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) can build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. This can affect performance and taste. Descale your kettle regularly (e.g., monthly or as needed).

• Fill the kettle with 2 cups of white vinegar and 2 cups of water.
• Bring the mixture to a boil.
• Allow the mixture to soak in the kettle for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
• Pour out the vinegar solution.
• Rinse the interior of the kettle thoroughly with fresh water several times.
• Boil a kettle full of fresh water and discard it to remove any residual vinegar taste.
