4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your iDect Carrera Classic telephone:
4.1 Connecting the Handset
Connect one end of the coiled handset cord to the handset and the other end to the handset jack on the left side of the telephone base unit.

Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the telephone base unit. Plug the other end into your telephone wall socket.
4.3 Connecting the Power Adapter
