Setup

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface.

Initial Assembly:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Clean: Wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, and all attachments (dough hook, flat beater, whisk, blender jug, meat grinder parts) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

Operating Instructions

Using the Mixer Function:

1. Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
2. Follow the "Initial Assembly" steps to set up the mixing bowl and desired attachment.
3. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl. Do not overfill.
4. Lower the head of the food processor until it locks.
5. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
