- Wipe the exterior of the coffee machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Descaling:
- Depending on water hardness, mineral deposits (limescale) can build up in your coffee machine. Descale regularly (e.g., every 2-4 months) to maintain performance.
- Use a commercial descaling agent suitable for coffee machines, following the product's instructions. Alternatively, a solution of white vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) can be used.
- Run the descaling solution through a full brewing cycle.
- After descaling, run 2-3 cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse out any residual descaling agent.
