4. Setup and Installation

1. Prepare for Installation:

   Ensure the power supply to the installation area is turned off at the main circuit breaker. Use a voltage tester to confirm the power is off.

2. Mark Mounting Points:

   Position the fixture on the desired ceiling or wall location. Mark the drilling points for the mounting screws using a pencil.

3. Drill Holes:

   Drill holes at the marked points. Insert appropriate wall plugs if mounting into drywall or plaster.

4. Connect Wiring:

   Carefully connect the electrical wires from the ceiling/wall to the fixture's terminals. Ensure correct polarity (Live to Live, Neutral to Neutral, Earth to Earth). Secure all connections firmly.

5. Mount the Fixture:

   Align the fixture with the drilled holes and secure it using the provided screws. Ensure the fixture is firmly attached and stable.

6. Install GU10 Bulbs:

   Insert GU10 halogen bulbs (not included) into the spotlight heads. Align the two pins of the bulb with the two holes in the socket, push gently, and twist clockwise to lock the bulb in place.

5. Operating Instructions

• Turning On/Off: The spotlight fixture is operated via a standard wall switch (controller type: Push Button). Flip the switch to turn the lights on or off.
• Adjusting Spotlights: The individual spotlight heads are adjustable. Gently pivot or rotate each head to direct the light beam to your desired area.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
• Bulb Replacement:
  1. Turn off power to the fixture at the circuit breaker.
  2. Allow the old bulb to cool completely.
  3. Grasp the GU10 bulb, push it gently inwards, and twist counter-clockwise to remove it.
  4. Insert a new GU10 halogen bulb (max 35W) by aligning the pins, pushing gently, and twisting clockwise until it locks.
  5. Restore power.
