Important Safety Information
Read and understand all instructions and warnings in this manual before operating this service jack. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always use jack stands: Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always use appropriately rated jack stands to support the vehicle after lifting.
- Do not exceed rated capacity: This jack has a maximum lifting capacity of 2 tons. Do not attempt to lift loads exceeding this limit.
- Use on a hard, level surface: Ensure the jack is placed on a firm, level surface capable of supporting the load. Avoid uneven or soft ground.
- Center the load: Position the jack saddle directly under the vehicle's lifting point. An off-center load can cause instability.
- Keep clear: Ensure all personnel are clear of the vehicle before and during lifting or lowering operations.
- Inspect before each use: Check the jack for any signs of damage, leaks, or wear before each use. Do not use a damaged jack.
- Proposition 65 Warning: This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Setup Instructions
Unpacking
- Carefully remove the jack from its packaging.
- Inspect the jack for any shipping damage. If damage is found, do not use and contact your supplier immediately.
- Ensure all components listed in the packaging are present.
Handle Assembly
- Insert the lower handle section into the handle socket on the jack.
- Align the holes and secure the handle using the provided pin or bolt, ensuring it is fully seated and locked.
- Attach the upper handle section to the lower section, if applicable, and secure it.
Initial Bleeding Procedure
Before first use, it is recommended to bleed any air from the hydraulic system to ensure proper operation.
- Turn the release valve counter-clockwise to fully open it.
- Pump the handle vigorously 10-15 times to circulate the hydraulic fluid and expel air.
- Turn the release valve clockwise to close it.
- Test the jack by raising and lowering it a few times without a load. If operation is not smooth, repeat the bleeding procedure.
Operating Instructions
Lifting a Vehicle
- Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and block the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Locate the manufacturer-recommended lifting points on the vehicle chassis. Consult your vehicle's owner's manual.
- Position the jack so the saddle is directly under the lifting point. Ensure the jack is stable and not on an angle.
- Close the release valve by turning the handle clockwise until it is firm.
- Pump the jack handle to raise the vehicle to the desired height. Lift only high enough to place jack stands.
- Immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points.
- Slowly open the release valve to lower the vehicle onto the jack stands. Ensure the vehicle is securely resting on the stands before proceeding with any work.

Lowering a Vehicle
- Ensure the area around the vehicle is clear.
- Raise the vehicle slightly off the jack stands using the jack.
- Remove the jack stands from under the vehicle.
- Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to gradually lower the vehicle to the ground. Do not open the valve too quickly, as this can cause the vehicle to drop rapidly.
- Once the vehicle is fully lowered, remove the jack.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your AFF Service Jack.
General Care
- Keep the jack clean and free of dirt, grease, and debris. Wipe down external surfaces after each use.
- Store the jack in a dry, protected area when not in use.
- Do not expose the jack to extreme temperatures or corrosive environments.

Hydraulic Fluid Check/Refill
Check the hydraulic fluid level periodically. Use only high-quality hydraulic jack oil.
- Lower the jack completely.
- Locate and remove the oil filler plug.
- The fluid level should be just below the filler hole. If low, add hydraulic jack oil until the correct level is reached.
- Replace the filler plug securely.

Lubrication
Lubricate all moving parts and pivot points with light machine oil periodically to ensure smooth operation.
