  1. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB 2.0 port on your computer.
  2. Ensure a charged battery is inserted into the mouse (refer to section 4.3).

  4. The mouse should automatically connect to the receiver.

The R.A.T.9 includes two rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and a charging dock to ensure continuous power.

  1. Insert one battery into the mouse by sliding it into the designated compartment on the underside until it clicks into place.
  2. Place the second battery into the charging dock. Connect the charging dock to a USB port on your computer or a USB power adapter. The LED indicator on the dock will show charging status.
  3. When the battery in the mouse runs low, you can perform a 'hot swap' by replacing it with the fully charged battery from the dock.

6.1 DPI Settings

The R.A.T.9 allows for four user-definable DPI settings, ranging from 25 to 6400 DPI. Use the dedicated DPI button on the mouse to cycle through your custom settings. The current DPI level is often indicated by LED lights on the mouse.
