Setup
Unpacking

Placement

- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances.
Water Connection
- Connect the water inlet hose to a cold potable water supply using the appropriate fittings. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Flush the water lines before connecting to the unit to remove any debris.
- Connect the other end of the water inlet hose to the designated inlet port on the back of the WL2500.
Power Connection
- Once water connections are secure and checked for leaks, plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Allow the unit to stand for at least 30 minutes before turning it on to allow refrigerants to settle.

Operating Instructions
Initial Start-up
- After connecting power, turn on the main power switch, usually located on the back or side of the unit.
- Allow the unit to fill with water. You may hear water flowing into the internal tanks.
- Dispense a few cups of water from both the chilled and hot (if applicable) taps to prime the system and remove any air. Discard this initial water.
- Allow approximately 15-30 minutes for the chilled water to reach optimal temperature and 5-10 minutes for hot water (if applicable).
Dispensing Water
- Place a cup or container under the desired dispense nozzle.
- Press the corresponding button or lever for chilled or hot water.
- Release the button/lever once the desired amount of water is dispensed.
- For hot water, exercise caution as the water is very hot.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Drip Tray
- The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth.
- Remove the drip tray, empty any accumulated water, and wash it with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before replacing.
Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
