Setup
Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the unit and accessories for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the product and contact your retailer.
Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the integrated lead-acid battery. Connect the power cable to the unit's AC input and plug it into a suitable power outlet (220V). The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.
Physical Placement
The PORT15VHF-BT is designed for portability. Use the retractable trolley handle and wheels for easy transport. For stationary use, ensure the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface. It also features a 35mm pole mount for stand installation.

Connecting Microphones
The system includes two VHF wireless microphones: one handheld (207.5MHz) and one headset (203.5MHz). Ensure the microphones have fresh AA batteries. Turn on the microphones and the VHF receiver on the speaker's control panel. The microphones should automatically pair. Adjust the microphone volume and echo controls on the main unit.
Bluetooth Pairing
To connect a Bluetooth device:
- Turn on the PORT15VHF-BT.
- Select Bluetooth mode using the Mode button on the control panel.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for "PORT15VHF-BT".
- Select the speaker to pair. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing.
The effective Bluetooth range is approximately 3 meters. Moving beyond this distance may result in audio interruptions.
USB/SD Card Insertion
Insert a USB drive or SD/MMC card containing MP3/WMA audio files into the respective slot on the control panel. The system will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback.
